St. Mary

Founded in 1838, St. Mary is one of the oldest churches in Ohio.
In 1863 Morgan's Raiders swept through Arnheim but spared the church building.
On January 9, 1865, Bishop Roscrans blessed the church under the title of St. Mary
From 1896-1954 the church was served by Benedictine priests.
In 1958, for the 100th anniversary of the church, the church was remodeled.
In 2005, new carpet and pews were installed.
